Professor
Willard Zangwill PhD

Professor
Zangwill is a highly-esteemed professor at the University of
Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is actively
engaged in research activities across the fields of: operations
strategy and management; applied information technology; complex
decision making; decisions for national strategy and homeland
defense; and senior management excellence.
Professor
Zangwill has published over 50 papers and has authored more than
four books in the field of business management. He is
actively advising the Department of Homeland Security on the
matters of planning and modeling for future terrorist threats,
helping to reduce the risk the US faces in this battle.
Professor
Zangwill has taught on faculties of University of California,
Berkely; University of Illinois Chicago-Urbana; and American
University.

Lon-Mu Liu PhD

Lon-Mu Liu is
Professor of Information and Decision Sciences in the College of
Business Administration at the University of Illinois at
Chicago. He did his undergraduate work at National Taiwan
University and his graduate work at the University of Wisconsin
- Madison. He obtained an M.S. degree in Statistics in 1973, an
M.S. degree in Computer Science in 1977, and a Ph.D. degree in
Statistics in 1978. Professor Liu currently serves as an
Associate Editor for Computational Statistics and Data Analysis
(CSDA), and is an Elected Member of the International
Statistical Institute (ISI).
Professor Liu
developed a time series analysis program in the BMDP Package
between 1979 and 1980. Since joining the University of Illinois
in 1981, Professor Liu has developed an extensive advanced
statistical software system in collaboration with several renown
experts, including Professors G.E. P. Box of the University of
Wisconsin-Madison, M. E. Muller of the Ohio State University,
and G. C. Tiao of the University of Chicago.
Through his
research expertise and computer software, Professor Liu has
extensive experiences in working with major corporations as well
as small business in the application of statistics and
information technologies across a wide range of advanced
business planning scenarios.

Mark A.
Benyovszky

Mr Benyovszky
is a recognized industry expert with an extensive consulting
resume and work experience background. Mr Benyovszky has
more than 17 years of experience across the business and
technology functions of large enterprises. He has
consulted to global organizations, leading strategy,
operational, and technology projects in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle
East. He previously held senior manager roles at a Fortune
500 distribution company and led large consulting teams for a
rapidly-growing US based consulting organization.
Mr Benyovszky
has lectured on Zero Delta topics in the United States, Ireland,
Spain, Czech Republic, Jordan, and Australia.
In addition
to lecturing at various conference venues throughout the world,
Mr Benyovszky has been a guest lecturer at the University of Chicago Graduate
School of Business and has been invited to co-lead courses at
the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) campus.
Mr Benyovszky
actively lectures on Zero Delta University courses BA1-01 and
BA1-03.

Lattyak

Mr Lattyak
has worked with several distinguished individuals in the
statistics and computer science areas, including Prof. George
E.P. Box of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Prof. George C.
Tiao of the University of Chicago, and Prof. Mervin E. Muller of
the Ohio State University. Mr Lattyak has more than 15 years of
consulting experience assisting companies to enhance their labor
scheduling, inventory management, and business planning
capabilities through the adaptation of advanced software
automation and practical knowledge.
Mr Lattyak
has provided consulting services and solutions to a number of
Fortune 500 companies, including the design and implementation
of an enterprise-wide forecasting system for a major fast-food
restaurant chain, the development of software to automatically
detect unusual competitor activity in the telecommunication
industry, and the adaptation of innovational methods to improve
forecasting of electricity loads for the utility industry, and
customer service levels for call center applications.
