Feedback from course students:
"Mark did a
great job of balancing Zero Delta's theoretical underpinnings
with an engaging real-world application of the methodology
applied to a Middle-Eastern energy firm. Mark was upfront
about the client's challenges as well as the strategic and
enterprise-level obstacles that were addressed during
implementation. In the end, Mark showed our class
undisputable data that illustrated the dramatic impact
enterprise alignment can have on a variety of key performance
metrics."
