CERTIFICATION INFORMATION

Zero Delta University students have the opportunity to earn valuable certifications in the areas of Enterprise Alignment and Enterprise Architecture.

To achieve a certification level, students are required to attend and prove proficiency in each course for a given certification area.  Upon completion of all courses within a given level, students are required to pass a final examination of the subject areas covered.  Certifications will be awarded when all course and level requirements are satisfied.

Zero Delta University maintains information about your course attendance, performance, exam scores, and current certification level(s).  This information is strictly maintained for your benefit.  You may authorize the release of this information to current or prospective employers or other institutions as you see fit.  If your organization has partnered with Zero Delta University and our courses are integrated into your company's learning program, we will follow the requirements your company has established vis-a-vis your activities at ZDU.

Zero Delta University currently provides the following certifications:

Certified Business Architect

The Certified Business Architect must achieve proficiency in the following areas:

• Enterprise strategy and tactics modeling;

• Business Process Design using BPMN;

• Business Decision Design using Zero Delta methods; and,

• Business Conflict Management using Zero Delta methods.

Certified Advanced Business Architect

Certification at the Business Architect level is required before progressing to the Advanced Business Architect level.  The Certified Advanced Business Architect must achieve proficiency in the following areas:

• Advanced Business Process Design using BPMN;

• Advanced Enterprise Semantics Modeling using SBVR; and,

• Advanced Business Rules Design & Architecture.

Certified Master Business Architect

Certification at the Advanced Business Architect level is required before progressing to the Master Business Architect level.  The Certified Master Business Architect must achieve proficiency in the following areas:

• Business & Technology Investment Valuation;

• Portfolio Design and Portfolio Management; and,

• Expert Risk Modeling / Risk Quantification & Qualification.
